I met with Chris on August 31, 2024 to help file my taxes. He seemed very knowledgeable in that sit down meeting. I informed him that I needed this done within the week, which he agreed to. I paid him some money to get started. After a couple weeks of exchanging texts about progress made on the taxes he eventually ghosts me, without my taxes actually filed or questions answered.
