I was recently assigned transportation service by this company via CPS schools. Unfortunately, I work and I'm unable to transport my kids myself. Since service started only three days ago, there has already been multiple issues and multiple disrespectful dispatch employee's who have refused to fix the service, upon reading their reviews, they have been operating like this for the past 8 years. Deeply unacceptable, and I will be filing a complaint with the district, the school board and the BBB
While traveling on East 275 one of the drivers who was smoking in the vehicle finally woke up out of his come in the middle lane and then proceeded to try to cut me off. Very unprofessional driving I would say be careful out there.
Very rude when you are calling about services the lady straight up said call cps like what my kids don't even attend cps schools they need better workers
Driver wasn’t looking and merged over a solid white line onto 71 this morning. Driver almost hit me.
One of the drivers driving a black mini van leaving Vantage Point apartments off of Queen City passed up 3 cars at a stop sign to pass by a school bus stop sign while kids were unloading off the bus crossing the street almost hitting kids.
