Driver wasn’t looking and merged over a solid white line onto 71 this morning. Driver almost hit me.

One of the drivers driving a black mini van leaving Vantage Point apartments off of Queen City passed up 3 cars at a stop sign to pass by a school bus stop sign while kids were unloading off the bus crossing the street almost hitting kids.

The dispatchers are rude and nasty even some of the drivers who is the manager because they are going to lose a lot of customers we will get them shut down we would like to know who is the manager they don't even deserve a zero they are rude and nasty people period

There is too many changes in drivers when transporting young children alone. The drivers never follow the schedule, arriving so late that I had to call dispatch almost daily to get eta causing late arrival to school. Or the driver comes 25min before scheduled pick up and threatens to leave. The drivers pull up in your driveway with loud music and offer candy and snacks to your child without permission. When you call to speak with a manager you get the run around and no one ever calls you back.
