Maybe not have people drive cars with your logo and cut people off and honk at other drivers, almost driving them off the road. Poor lady had the right of way @ bayou plaza on Saturday @ 3:15pm.
Worst customer service ever. Pray you are not involve an a crash where this company is involved. They play games and delay. You will never be able to get a phone call answered. Leave a message, you will not get a return call. They refuse to look vehicle damage in person. They want you to send photos and then they deny damage coverage. This is a minor crash with clear fault of their insured driver and my vehicle is in the body shop for over a week with the body shop pleading with them to send an adjuster in person.
