This has become a very shady company to say over 50 years ago my mother decided to get a family policy. The agents back then were a little different but today they have poor communication and feels more like a poncy scheme. I’ve had a few different agents here and there but this new one Jacynthia Chambers don’t know how to do nothing but call to collect a payment.
