2 thumbs up The state appointed Elisabeth to represent my mother-in-law in the mid 90??s. We have had a good working relationship with her throughout the years since then. Elisabeth represented us in a long and complex probate for my mother-in-law and is currently handling another family probate. She handles people and situations with care and diligence. She also wrote a trust for my husband and me. She is knowledgeable and competent and I give her two thumbs up.

Highly Recommended My family has been fortunate enough to have worked with Elisabeth Kempe-Olinger in dealings spanning 3 generations ?? 2 sets of grandparents, an uncle, my parents, ex-husband as well as myself. Highly Recommend I knew nothing about Ms. Kempe-Olinger when we had our first meeting, but that was my lucky day. I handed her the problems my parents left me and she resolved them in a competent and timely manner. .All my concerns were addressed and she kept me abreast of all court proceedlings. She was always easy to reach and her staff was efficient and courteous. She gives attorneys a good name!

My mother's probate After my mother passed away in December of 2006, Elisabeth Kempe-Olinger was recommended to me by a friend who has handled many probate escrows that were represented by her. In these difficult economic times, this probate, I am sure, is taking a lot longer than either Elisabeth or I expected and yet, Elisabeth has stayed on top of all necessary filings and other necessary court demands and she has always been accessible and prompt in her responses.

Highly Recommended I have worked with Elisabeth Kempe-Olinger during the five years since my mother??s stroke. Elisabeth has been invaluable to me and my mother, especially considering that I reside in Washington State, while my mother has chosen to remain in California. I am now my mother??s conservator and have found Elisabeth to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, conscientious, dependable, efficient and personable. She has never kept me waiting for a response, sometimes e-mailing me after 11:00 pm!!
