Worst experience ever! Bridgette came in to the appointment talking down to my husband and being very rude! I have never felt so disrespected in a professional setting in my life! I’m very sick and had to have my husband drive me because I am unable to drive in my condition. She told my husband and I there was no way we could close our refinance the next day because I needed to provide more information.
