We are often called a "Cowboy store" which is an enormous compliment, but it's also a little confusing 'cause we really don't sell much to real, working Cowboys--we are at our best when we get to help bring out the Cowboy that we all have inside us.

I had an amazing experience at Kemo Sabe in Vail thanks to Brittany! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process of creating the hat of my dreams. From start to finish, she helped me find the perfect pieces to make my hat truly unique and personal. The entire experience was so much fun, and I’d absolutely do it again. Highly recommend working with Brittany!
Making a custom hat is a must do if you’re in Vail! I read that the wait times could be long so I went in first thing Saturday morning when they opened at 10 AM and I didn’t have to wait at all. I worked with Emily and she was awesome. She helped me pick out the perfect color hat and every detail with me. I don’t write online reviews ever, but I feel that I’ve had no choice but to write about this because of my frustrating experience with Kemosabe. I went to the Vail store and wanted to buy some boots. They didn’t have them in my size so they said they’d order them from the Aspen store and have them delivered to my house in 4-5 days. Kemo Sabe Vail is such a fun and unique experience! Kristen helped me and my family with hats and boots, and she made it so easy and enjoyable. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to get it right. The whole team is welcoming, and the vibe is pure Western charm. Grab a drink and enjoy the ride—you’ll love it! 🤠
We had such a great experience at Kemo Sabe. Caden was so patient with us and such a good sport when I kept asking him to light things on fire 🤣. We got the full experience and my wife’s hat turned out absolutely perfect!
