So over this credit union I can’t get to my money when I want, tried to travel was stuck out of town with no way no where to go because my funds was held up for some reason, every emergency I had Kenna made sure to add to the list of problems closing account today
A lot of people try to glorify using credit unions over traditional banks. Its not all sunshine and flowers. Helping a family member who is having the funds from a very important check because kemba "has confidential information that leads them to believe that they can't cash this check." I cannot recommend them. Chase would have just cashed this check from a mortgage company. Now we're stuck with kemba holding a valid check worth 1000s of dollars.
