A lot of people try to glorify using credit unions over traditional banks. Its not all sunshine and flowers. Helping a family member who is having the funds from a very important check because kemba "has confidential information that leads them to believe that they can't cash this check." I cannot recommend them. Chase would have just cashed this check from a mortgage company. Now we're stuck with kemba holding a valid check worth 1000s of dollars.
I want to take this opportunity to appreciate Demetri Hoskins he is extremely professional and respectful. I went to him for auto refinance and he diligently served me well. He deserves a pay raise. He is the best. Thank you Demetri Hoskins./ Kemba at Whitehall branch.
I don’t see the reason why it’s should take someone two hours before he/she can open account, sat there for two hours, at the end I had to walk out 🤦🏿♂️
