They need to come to Licking County. I joined years ago because I was told that you would be coming more East.
Since and before the storm/crisis; KEMBA is available and continues providing their members with exceptional service. I visited this branch today and was treated as royalty. They lifted my spirits they went beyond superb customer service & care. I was walked to my car & the teller provided me a chair & took her time and took care of all my Kemba Credit Union requests. While she served me the other rep waited for me and carried out my change for me. Fantastic team
Since and before the storm/crisis; KEMBA is available and continues providing their members with exceptional customer service & Care. When I requested 1st. time home ownership loan, I received horrible rep. I received a call from this rep while she was smacking while talking to me and didn’t help me with this process at all, disappointed. Can Loan yes, HOME LOAN, NO. I did received 1st home financing from a more respectful mortgage company.
So far it's been an awesome experience with this bank
