I would caution everyone to stay away from this branch, and Kemba as a whole organization. They are incompetent and unprofessional. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone, and they do nothing to make up for their mistakes. I did a car lease buyout with them, and nothing was smooth. The member service representative I worked with ignored the numbers provided by the leasing financial institution and did his own “napkin math” to come up with the tax and buyout amounts. Helpful staff but Kemba wait times have significantly increased since they moved to having tellers not in the branches.
