I would caution everyone to stay away from this branch, and Kemba as a whole organization. They are incompetent and unprofessional. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone, and they do nothing to make up for their mistakes. I did a car lease buyout with them, and nothing was smooth. The member service representative I worked with ignored the numbers provided by the leasing financial institution and did his own “napkin math” to come up with the tax and buyout amounts.
