I have been with Kemba since 1968 when there was only one building and they were Kroger's Credit Union. I have always found them to be customer oriented friendly, and helpful.
Faith and Betty are amazing. I was able to obtain documents for Housing because of both of them. I had to go to their branch because I had trouble with another branch in Whitehall, and after my second visit to that branch, I decided to go to Gahanna’s. This branch is air-conditioned with a cool and crisp positive atmosphere. It is not crowded, and in my opinion, it’s because they are swift to assist their customers by maintaining short wait times.
