Walter Mollette had Horrible customer service. The attitude he gave me and my spouse was very uncalled for.He was very nasty and rude. He didn’t explain the whole process to us. Now I have lost something very sentimental to me. He didn’t have any sympathy for the whole situation. I have lost my love one and the way I was treated this whole time is really unappreciated. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KEMBA OR WALTER MOLLETTE. (After this experience I will be switching banks all together)
I’m a licensed Realtor and my client has a deal with buyer. The buyer’s lender which is Kemba has been horrifically bad!! The buyer’s lender agent calls the loan officer Gina Davis where she fails to return calls. I have called the loan officer, left messages with no return call. I just went to the branch and of course this loan officer do not report to a branch which makes this situation worse. You mean to tell me that she is working from home?? I've had Kemba for some time and was always trying to convert my family/friends to Kemba and was successful in many cases. I use my Huntington as my main account, but have a CC thru Kemba. In more recent years I have had concerns with them so I rarely use my debit or credit with them. One of the perks with them was being able to get a card printed at the branch and I recently visited and was told they would have to check to see if the card was internally functioning and to just wait until they send me another. This bank is rapidly stealing money from me and has promised to refund me and was promised a refund almost 4 weeks ago but instead of my refund they are taking double from me now… At this point I’m going to have to take legal action if I do not get answers today!!
