This bank signed me up for disability and life insurance WITHOUT my permission on BOTH my auto loan and my credit card. I am being charged twice for insurance I did not request. The agent on the phone spoke about GAP insurance which I agreed to, and then she signed me up for that AND two more. been with Kemba since 1972, time to change , they suck ! called 4 times with no resolve, spent for ever on hold..talk to people in Arizona. I want to speak to someone at corporate.....that's impossible . on hold for coorpate and got someone else somewhere who transfered again. KEMBA has gone straight down hill. no way I would become a member
