I have been banking here for over 15 years and never had a bad experience until I spoke to Paulette. She is not friendly and she does not greet you on the phone AT ALL! Honestly, I felt as if I was bothering her for inquiring about a loan application that I submitted on Monday which was a holiday and I gave her time and decided to call Wednesday. I've never seen a Credit Union who have certain people in Management with the laziest attitudes no positivity at all I wouldn't do business with this Credit Union if it was the last resort it's always our people I will make sure I get my customer with another Credit Union and pay her loan off Navy Federal is highly recommended I would suggest to her to close her account I wish I could give you a class on Customer Service I pray that changes be made within that place
