Extremely Disappointed with Front Desk Service I had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff today. The person I interacted with was rude and dismissive, refusing to assist me with my request. I was told to speak with a teller, even after I explained that my issue couldn’t be resolved by a teller. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help was incredibly frustrating. In the end the teller could not fully assist me as I had noted, and I had to go back and finish with someone else at the front desk.
