Warning to anyone considering booking with this photographer: my experience was extremely disappointing. I was given multiple excuses regarding my photos, then completely ignored. The studio was also unorganized and unclean, which reflected the overall lack of professionalism. If you value your time, money, and receiving the service you paid for, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Kelvin Shotz Studio and its owner are among the most unprofessional businesses I have encountered. The image portrayed on social media is completely different from the reality of the experience. The studio itself was overcrowded, disorganized, and unclean—far from the professional environment that is advertised online. I would not recommend this photographer. I paid for a 40-minute photo session, but only received about 20 minutes of actual photography time. I was initially told that my photos would be delivered within two weeks, but that deadline passed without any communication. After following up, I was assured that the photos would be completed and sent, yet I still never received them.
