Kelvin went above and beyond to find answers to any of the questions I had about my closing. If I called him, he made it a point to either answer right away or made sure to get back to me on the same day before EOD. Additionally, he took the time to explain rates and what impacted rates to me, which helped me to understand how my mortgage was impacted by the decisions I was making. Overall, working with Kelvin was a great experience that I would gladly do again.
Mr Martin was absolutely outstanding. I had a few military constraints we had to overcome throughout the process and Mr Martin was incredible at helping us work around them and close on the house in time
