Spam called me leaving messages, and then when I phoned them back the person answering was rude and aggressive! Googled them and it seems others have had negative experiences.
I had a great experience getting my wardrobe from Kelvin furniture. The price was lower than any competitor the customer service was friendly and although there were issues with the manufacturer Tony Kelvin sorted it all out and got a damaged part replaced. I always like to use independent traders and I would recommend and use Kelvins again in the future. I always think how a business deals with any issue it’s a true sign of what a business is like and my issue was resolved without fuss.
