Mr. Kelton represented the seller in a co-op apartment sale, and I was the buyer. The purchase was cancelled because I was rejected by the co-op board due to the fact that my cats were not "service animals." This was obviously not my fault, and so I was entitled to a full refund of my security deposit, but Kelton attempted to falsely accuse me of an act of bad faith and attempted to extort me for $31,500. Charles was extremely delayed in communication, something that could have been done in 2 days took 2 weeks and then at the end was extremely rude to me in person and over the phone. He hung up on me while I asked for more details on the case. Very unprofessional and obnoxious, please avoid. Flabbergasting experience
