We had a horrible experience. This company applied no follow up. We submitted the earnest money immediately upon request, however they did not lock in our rates, or even return communication for three weeks later. After missing the first closing, a week before the next close date, was the next time we heard from them requesting information we had previously submitted to their portal. Sloppy business, customer service needs help in Raleigh, NC. Notary didn't even check for ID's. They sent us to a "closing" on a busy day, I took off work. We arrived and they said they were sorry it was a mistake that we were asked to come that day. We were told our signed docs would be sent via email shortly so that if we recined after further review we had 3 days. Never heard from a soul., after several emails, and the closing department doesn't use any of their names, we finally received information for our first contact... read more
