We had our newborn/family photos taken by Kelsie and she was amazing! Everything from communication to the photos themselves were great. She made it seem very seamless and easy to get a family photo of 6 done.

Recently had my maternity photos done by Kelsie and it genuinely was such an amazing experience! Her in-home studio is private, clean, a really welcoming space. I had my makeup and hair done in-studio by one of Kelsie's colleagues and it really felt like I was just getting dolled up with my girlfriends! I had the most amazing maternity photoshoot experience. Kelsie was so kind, warm, and welcoming from start to finish, which made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I truly felt like a princess the entire time. The attention to detail, the guidance, and the overall atmosphere were perfect — I loved everything about the experience. I’m so excited for the newborn photoshoot now!! So grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Worst experience. After patiently waiting 3 weeks for my Christmas pictures, they were botched. I had to point out multiple errors and, instead of taking any accountability or offering a refund, Kelsie ignored then blocked me. Meanwhile, she’s advertising on Facebook using videos of me to get more customers. I spent almost $600 on these pictures and for prints that will not be ready to go out before Christmas and canvases that were meant to be gifts. Kelsie took my money and ran.

We had a photo shoot recently for Christmas. Kelsie provided the pictures late and did a very poor job editing them. We found error after error with the finished product (ie blurred and halos etc. ) Finally, my spouse asked for a refund since Kelsie did not honour her part of the deal; at which point, Kelsie blocked her. We liked our first photo shoot with Kelsie. However, we would not use her again after this second experience.
