Bought a "new" Rmax from them. After I received the unit I noticed it had 34 hours on it. I called to ask them why they would sell me a new unit at full price with 34hrs on it, i was told this is "normal". The unit was delivered leaking oil all over my garage floor. After looking into it they did an oil change on it but put far too much oil in it so it will dump oil out of the overflow. Unit was delivered with one of the speakers not working. Brought in my bike for a new battery and batt tender installation today and received the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. My little Ducati came out of there in better shape than it’s ever been in my ownership.. Graham was super friendly, attentive, pointed out a few things that needed attention but not at all pushy, took great care of my bike. These guys really care about their customers. I will always bring my bike back here. Thanks, fellas!!
