I went to see Mitch with a pretty ambitious goal: I wanted to hike the West Coast Trail with our teenage sons, carrying a 30 lb pack for six days. I have been experiencing shoulder and neck pain for the last couple months due to my work. Janice is a very profectional Physiotheripist, not only she explains to me the body atonamy but also helps me to understand why I am in pain. She is comfident to use IMS and massage for treaments and teaches me how to apply excises at home to keep my shoulds in the right position. I feel great after the first treatment, I am definatly coming back to see her regularly!!! Thank you Janice.
