First time client. Initial assessment today. Easy to find central location with good parking. It’s not a large clinic, so interactions felt personal and focused. Mitch was very professional but approachable and took the time necessary to do a thorough assessment. Diagnosis was clear and fully explained. Based on this first visit, I have no hesitation in recommending Mitch and this clinic.
Janice was fantastic she does and excellent job of assessing the issues and then working through the procedures. She spends the whole 45 minutes with you and really pays attention. Some clinics set you up on a machine and go to the next person. Not Janice she makes sure she is always working on you and getting your value.
I have seen Janice at another physiotherapy place and I followed her to Vinny & Associates. She is that good. I get IMS and she is the best I have ever had. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend.
