5 stars for this place! I received help from a worker here named Julien when my tire on my stroller became flat, Not only did he diagnose the problem but he actually replaced the valve on the stroller, while also checking the other tires to make sure i was set to go! A huge thankyou!!!
I bought 2 Aventis e bikes and the staff was very friendly and helpful . The bikes were for me and my autistic son. My son loves his bike and we go riding everyday after work and he looks forward to me coming home so we can go riding. I have 2 very bad knees and it has been great for my knees and its gets my son outside as his autism he is always on the computer. I have been smoking for 50 years and had 3 heart attacks. DISAPPOINTED: I called this store to see if they would bleed my hydraulic brakes on my new Ebike because the last two stores that I've talked to, (and one I deal with all the time) did not have the right tool to do it and recommend to call this place. When I called, The guy on the phone immediately said, "THOSE 2 OTHER SHOPS ARE LYING TO YOU IF THEY SAY THEY CANT FIX IT, FOR EVERY REPAIR SHOP WOULD HAVE THE TOOL AND IF THEY SAY THEY Don't, ITS BECAUSE THEY'RE LYING AND DO NOT WANT TO SPEND THE TIME ON IT! Wow. Didn’t buy my bike here, but had to phone someone, since I could any response from West Kelowna FCC. I had to complain about the fact that my 10 day old email and 1 day old phone calls hadn’t been replied to, or answered by their West Kelowna salesman/tech dude.
