Second time renting e-bikes from these guys and both times were amazing! Riding around the Okanagan is so beautiful. Everyone on the E kruise team was amazing but Mike in particular was incredibly responsive!!! We’ll definitely rent from them again!!
Great bikes and they make it easy. Also great place to bike. The bike paths are great and car drivers respectful.

The location of e-bike rentals is perfect for accessing the bike paths along the lake and the Okanagan Rail Trail. The young man was very patient getting us set up with our bikes & helmets, and explaining how they worked. The business should have a tap machine for credit cards as it was a very slow process as we each had to enter all our credit card details manually on a small tablet.
Excellent service, vélo en bon état et beaucoup de plaisir dans les pistes du Mont Knox!
