$34 for a tire repair cost me an additional $300 for a bike that was working perfectly fine before entering Kelowna E Kruise. It is very unusual for me to write any type of review, BUT I just can’t let this go and feel obligated to warn others. On August 13, 2024, I experienced a rear flat tire on My Aventon E-bike while I was a block away from Kelowna E Kruise. Lonny and Brett are amazing! They took the time to set me up with a good bike. They made sure I was given a e-bike with a phone holder as I was going to need one LOL. The bike had a handy bag located behind the seat to carry the lock, lunch, whatever you need. Something I really appreciated about this company is the option to rent by the hour AND the fact that they charged me exactly for the extra half hour, without rounding up to a full hour. Highly recommended. Keep it up E-Kruise!
Friendly staff, beautiful boutique store. Great bikes and loved the trail recommendations on their website with routes in google maps. We did the west Kelowna route through the wineries.
Lonnie was helped us out so much and the company is lucky to have him work here. We had a great time and the bikes were awesome. I would recommend for sure.
Lonny was phenomenal! We needed a way to do a wine tour on an e-bike last minute after our reservation with another company didn’t work out. He not only saved the day, he did it with knowledge and charm. After our adventure he gave a great recommendation to a local brewery (shout out Jackknife Brewing) and it did not disappoint. If you want to explore out in your own, call them!
