Simply a fantastic experience. These people are OUTSTANDING. All the staff helped us chose the right bikes, which took multiple visits, long hours, and tolerance of my pathetic jokes and stupidity ! My wife and myself are biking novices and we were treated with the utmost kindness and respect and time. The boys at Kelowna cycle were fast and professional. They got me in right away when I called and got me on my way. I would say they’re overall probably the best bike shop I’ve used in Kelowna.
