Bought a brand new mountain bike here, and experienced constant issues with it's quality and the service here when trying to have it repaired. Upon the first ride, the chain skipped pretty bad when trying to get going, unless you were very gentle. Brought it in, they "fixed" it, saying that the new bikes are assembled in store and the chain will take time to wear in. Fair.
