I've used this shop 3 times over the last 2-3 years and unfortunately I cannot recommend anyone else use them. I have had very abrupt and terse conversations over the phone when asking about their services and that shortness is also in person. I had to replace my bicycle wheel as it was broken and was irreparable. We cannot recommend this bike shop highly enough. Our experience from the first phone call to the final delivery was nothing short of fantastic. We initially called to enquire about cargo bikes, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They had the owner, Patrick, call us back the very same day. Patrick then spent a good amount of time answering all of our questions. To help us make a decision, Patrick even arranged for a friend to loan us their cargo bike for a test ride!
