I originally came to this clinic due to a lacrosse injury. Dr. Travis and staff were very friendly and caring. He clearly explained the extent of my injury, as well as some other points that could predispose me to further injuries. Dr. Pillipow took an x-ray of my spine and was very thorough while going through it. His adjustments were efficiently executed, and I have noticed great improvement in not only my injured location, but increased range of motion elsewhere. I highly recommend this clinic! I was looking for a chiropractor that approached health from a whole body philosophy and believed in a preventative lifestyle. Dr. Travis and Dr. Sarah get it - they not only improve your current health but also help educate you on ways to improve your future health. I drive from the Lower Mission to West Kelowna every week to see Dr. Travis - he's that good! Go and see them - their whole office is fabulous!

When my baby was 3-4 months old, she had a tendency to turn her head to the right only and rarely to the left. After several treatments at Health in Hand this issue has disappeared. We've encountered some other problems over time and I could always find help at Health in Hand.
