Great support in booking and easy pick up and drop off. Gravel bike was great on KVR trails and in town.
The staff was super friendly and SUPER helpful. 1000% will be renting again from y'all when I go back to Kelowna 🚴♂️🔥
Service is good. But the price is ridiculously high for steel (not aluminum) Walmart quality bikes 100/day is comparable with the cost of the actual bike.
We rented e-bikes and cycled the Mission Creek Trail in early July. The trail was easy, shaded, quiet and beautiful: a wonderful 2-hour excursion that we thoroughly enjoyed. The trail goes on for many more kilometres, but the 15km round trip was perfect for us this time. The folks at Kelowna Bike Rentals were knowledgeable and helpful and got us going in a very short time. Definitely a recommended destination!
Great experience renting ebikes today. Staff are nice to deal with, and the bikes are in good condition. Beautiful ride down paved paths near the waterfront and up Knox Mountain. Came back down Clifton and over to Orchard Park on another good paved trail system. Switched to gravel on the Mission Creek Greenway for the return leg. Had to detour on main roads around a trail closure at KLO, otherwise a great ride just under 2 hours. We’ll be back!
