What a great experience! We needed four bikes at times they weren’t open, and Kyra totally accommodated us. The bikes were great and we had a wonderful time biking through the Okanagan Valley. I wish every place we traveled to was as easy to work with!
Our group rented 4 gravel bikes for a 5 day trip along the Kettle Valley Rail Trial in Kelowna and Penticton. Kyra and the team were super helpful throughout the process and let us rent for an additional few days even after the shop had closed for the season. The rentals included helmets, racks, repair kits, and everything you'd need for a multi-day cycling trip.
