Lost a faithful customer. After supporting Kelo since its conception and visiting on a regular basis I was sadly disappointed to find the doors locked early with the open sign clearly illuminating the sky. Josh was not happy to see patrons outside the door at 10:58pm, albeit nearly closing you would think there would be customer service through to the end. Let another group know on my way out that Kelo had locked the doors and would not like their business. Openly closed.
Website states delivery is AVAILABLE until 10pm. Nowhere does it say online that there is a cut off time of almost an hour earlier.
Rude staff, poor selection, uneducated bud tenders.
