If I could give -10 stars, I would. They told me they could do my taxes. Gave them my tax info (before April 18) and never heard back from them again. I emailed and called countless times. Now, I have to pay late fees. Keep in mind their phone number doesn’t even work now. Avoid this place of “business” and save yourself the time/money. It’s become an absolute disgrace. If anyone knows how to contact them at this point, that would be great!
She did my taxes and filed them incorrectly and then never got them sent to the IRS. She will not answer your phone calls or emails or facebook messages. I called the IRS and they said my taxes were never sent and so now I'm going to another preparer to get them fixed. Just got a letter saying my 2018 Taxes were sent incorrectly. She will not reply to you if you have an issue. I am contacting a lawyer as I'm told I owe $4000 for 2018.
This company has had our taxes for months and won't even return a call. Absolutely the worst
