we are very happy with the plumbing service. we had an unexpected emergency in the kitchen when our faucet fell right off the granite counter. after crawling under the sink, we realized we needed to call for help. as always, the team was kind and set up an appointment quickly. we got a message with a photo of braden and info about his experience. braden was great! he fixed everything and even installed a new faucet for us. we're grateful to have these plumbers as our go-to for plumbing problems.

Great service and friendly communication. I had a toilet in Port Neches that wouldn’t flush properly, and using a plunger only worked for a short time. I contacted Kelly’s Plumbers early in the morning, and Matthew arrived about an hour later. After checking things out, he found the problem was close to the drain connection to the sewer line. We have used Kelly's Plumbers since we opened the building in Port Neches. They have been excellent to work with. Whenever we needed to adjust our plumbing service schedule due to changes in building use, they adapted quickly every time. We also had an emergency with a water leak, and Braden was able to fix it right away on a Friday afternoon. No complaints, even though they start early and work long days. John did a great job fixing my old basement floor drain when I needed help right away! The receptionist set up my appointment quickly. John showed up on time and found a good, affordable fix for my problem. I really appreciated his plumbing knowledge and how he explained everything to me. I called for plumbing help in Port Neches after a gas leak caused a fire in my home. Geoffrey arrived in less than two hours to cap the gas lines and worked with the city to start the process of getting our gas turned back on. The plumbers and staff were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They explained everything clearly and finished the job quickly. They even referred me to a restoration specialist to help with the fire damage. I highly recommend their plumbing services.
