Came in for a browse. Zero pressure from the shopkeeper and very helpful and personable.
Fantastic customer service! I had a bit of trouble assembling my chair, but Timo and Richard were incredibly helpful. They jumped on a video call with me and patiently guided me through the entire assembly process until everything was perfect. They were both friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. The chair is amazing, and the support I received made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
