First and foremost, Kelly's offers amazing customer service! We had an issue with a mattress that we purchased which was no fault of Kelly's or Lady Americana. Both businesses worked with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We are very lucky to have such a wonderfully ran furniture store with top notch quality products in our small community!
Bought a beautiful leather couch, loveseat and Two recliners. We thought they would last for decades but it turns out that they used a cheap vinyl on several parts of all the pieces which started peeling off. At this point it is an embarrassment to have anyone over it looks so awful. When I talked to Robert about this he informed me of the one year warranty and hung up. I don't know how any salesman could sell this product and feelgood about it. We are out over 4,000.00 and it didn't last 5 years.
