No parking for trucks, didn't have the right parts they called and said they had
Our planting season was at a standstill because we needed a new pump. KSC was able to ship it overnight. We were willing to pay what UPS was asking, which was nearly a house payment. I was notified it shipped shortly after ordering. At 6:00 am the next day I awaken to an email saying that the shipment had been delayed 3 days! I called Abby at KSC and she found our pump and had it delivered the next day! We are up and running, and she made UPS refund our shipping.
