What should have been a joyful day turned stressful due to poor communication. Less than 10 minutes before their office closed, Emily, the assistant, informed us that we needed to pick up our house keys in person. Although the keys were eventually couriered to us, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Our lawyer, Mike D'Aloisio, also provided no explanation. While the process had been smooth up until that point, the lack of consideration at the final step left a disappointing impression.
