Michael and his team especially Nathalie were wonderful to work with. They were efficient, responded to emails quickly and had all papers completed ahead of my closing date. Highly recommended and will use again.
I did a CMHC refinance for a 6 unit rental. Lawrence Sibers did the lawyer work, Himani was his clerk. He gave me an estimate of $4K-5K on the high end. The final bill came to over $10K--> $7.55K lawyer fees + disbursements + HST. He did the work well, but a $10K bill for a refinance is astronomical regardless of service level for a 6 unit refinance.
