I had a disappointing experience with this firm. My file was handled by Neelum Raja, and I was also billed for consultations with JP Zubec. Unfortunately, communication and transparency were major issues throughout. If I can I would rate 0 star. Worst law firm ever. This law firm has been recommended by our real estate agent. I have got one of the unprofessional lawyer over the phone. I asked him if we can put the closing date of the deal the closest that he can. He started becaming rude and impolite with no reason saying that I can look for another lawyer. We finally decided to switch to another lawyer who was very kind and did a professional job.
We recently worked with Michael Abrams for the sale of our house and purchase of the new house and the experience was great from start to finish. He and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process.
