Mr. Quinn represented myself and my son in a tenant "failure to pay rent" issue. In addition, this tenant was belligerent to a female tenant, nasty, and uncooperative in tone. Mr. Quinn sent effective letters of eviction and property removal deadlines. It was my decision, at that point, to drop suing for rent.
