I do not recommend this salon. Today I went in for eyelash extensions and the owner, Kelly, ended up pouring alcohol into my eye burning my eye and my upper and lower eyelids. She didn’t even offer anything or anywhere to flush my eye. Not even a tissue. I ran to my car where I had water to rinse it. I’m still in so much pain and discomfort. I’ve had my lashes done for years and have never experienced anything like this. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever experienced.
Don’t go here! Don’t buy a Groupon for this place as well. I went in their website to make sure there was availability and then purchased 2 services and booked. I received a call from a lady at the studio and she said that since it’s Groupon I shouldn’t have booked online and they keep 50% and proceeded to ask me to cancel Groupon and then I can keep the appointments I made and pay her directly. This studio shouldn’t have a Groupon if they won’t honor the vouchers. I can’t stand dishonest people.
Very good at eyelash fills. I’ve been coming here for 3-4 months and always happy with my lashes. Highly recommend come and check her out.
I came in on a very last minute booking - Kelly was kind enough to accommodate me, and I left with the most beautiful lash lift I’ve ever gotten. I did the lift/tint and was so happy I found this gem of a place!!
I can’t recommend Kelly enough! She is not only incredibly talented, but also kind, professional, and meticulous in her work.
