I visited Kelly on recommendation from a friend for some niggles i jad picked up through running. She was able to fix my problems and suggest some strethening to prevent further problems. She has a fantastic knowledge and experience of the body and how to repair and prevent injuries. And the sessions flew as she was so friendly and interesting in our discussions. Highly recommend.
