Kelly is energetic, cool, calm, practical and strategic. As a photographer in varying situations with interruptions, she is focused and sharp. Kelly was a delight to work with for my floral branding session. She put me at ease and gave me step by step instructions and guidance during our time that I'd never had before from a photographer. working with Kelly was literally the best experience ever!! she’s SO creative and fun, and she actually took the time to get to know me before we even started shooting. She asked me (not just my mom) what I wanted and listened— she got all my good angles and knew exactly how to make me look good in all of the shots. Kelly was amazing from start to finish! She was super easy to communicate with leading up to the shoot. Her studio was beautiful and full of natural light, she had maternity dress options to choose from and she was fantastic with photographing my young girls (which can be tricky). She was also great with posing us to utilize the light but not look too staged. Very pleased with her work and highly recommend her to anyone looking for top quality studio photos!!

I used Kelly McPhail Photography for my maternity and newborn photoshoots and the results of each still bring tears to my eyes when I look at them. Kelly had this amazing ability to make myself and family so comfortable through each session.
