Adobe confirmed (Case #109032) that this disclosure violated their Terms of Use—a finding that underscores the firm’s blatant disregard for data security and privacy compliance. What makes this worse is that the transmission occurred via Adobe Acrobat Cloud, which is not a court-approved e-service platform under Georgia’s Uniform Superior Court Rules.
