I have decided to stop using big corporate names like H&R and HJ and go back to local CPA's.... talk about hands down the best service ,friendly , smiled the whole time .never rushed me out the door .
I called initially to make an appointment. A gentleman answered the phone and when I requested kelly by name he was very persistent about me using him so, I scheduled with him. Upon my appointment showing up he was unaware of our appointment and seemed put off by my presence but saw me anyway.
