We recently remodeled our kitchen and installed new windows and a front door with Kelly Fradet’s in Ellington. We are incredibly happy with both the service and materials! Paige did an amazing job designing our kitchen and she was wonderful to work with- so patient and knowledgeable! Paige truly went above and beyond-the epitome of great customer service! We used Kelly Fradet in Ellington twice in the past 4 years, and worked with Paige. She is wonderful to work with; EXTREMELY, knowledgeable, listened to not only the “look” we wanted but also our budget and guided us through the whole process. I especially appreciated her patience with me as i had so many questions! Thank you Paige- I don't anticipate having another kitchen planned in my future but will recommend Kelly and YOU to anyone i know who is looking for cabinets or other building materials! Had a large project. Bought about $8,500 worth of lumber. I thought it would be better than Home Depot. No way. I got the delivery and it was all packaged so that you couldn't see the junk they gave you and they only give you so many days to bring it back. I made several trips but I would say 25% of the lumber they gave me was garbage And was used for either cribbage or in the fire pit eventually.
Friendly helpful staff, quality lumber ,and prices comparable to big box.
Really wonderful customer service. Paige helped us every step of the way. We bought our kitchen from the Ellington store and it was a great experience
