I called to ask a few questions about a tax forum Mr. Bell was quick to inform me that he didn't have time to give FREE help that he was to busy with his paying customers. Not once did I ask for the help to be FREE as I was more than willing to pay for any time I would have taken up. I would NEVER recommend Mr. Bell to anyone he is rude and unbusiness like. I called Bates and Cater and they had no problem with helping as my money is just as good as anyone's.
