I haven't had a problem with the employees, however the customers can be racist. I have experienced racism throughout my life, but this day this old European lady was bold. I signed my daughter name in so that she can get her glasses, as I walked back towards a sit to sit down a European lady placed her papers onto a empty chair I wanted to sit in. Good service and selection but long waits- plan for 1-2 hours
Very disappointed with my experience here. Ordered reading glasses on July 16th and they never called me to let me know they were in. Three weeks later I called them and they said they had not been ordered, that they would order them and contact me back with more information. THEY NEVER DID! Now it is September and I have left countless messages (they won't ever answer the phone) with them and they still have not contacted me back. I almost never leave bad reviews anywhere but this one I cannot ignore.
A truly great and professional optical shop. Heather was fantastic and so so good helping me select the right glasses.
Thank You Melissa for helping me with my eye glasses dating back to 2023, a replacement pair in 2024 and helping me understand a more recent new prescription situation that I believe proves that this department is probably one of the best run businesses I have encountered over the years. I cannot thank you Melissa and your team enough.
