I've been banking here for years and they have always been good to me.
The banking staff (including associates and managers) are really nice and helpful.
I love the energy and the helpfulness within the staff at this location. Thank you to the ladies giving me recommendations for my trip to Chicago! My trip was very fun!
I went in on a Saturday morning and I was greeted by a younger lady a teller that I have never seen before I asked her if she could help me with a question I had about my car loan document which is through Kellogg and she asked if the car was paid off I said no then she basically hold me she couldn’t help me because it wasn’t paid off. I don’t think I want to come in on Saturdays anymore I’ll stick to going in during the week when the nice lady’s work and they always go above and beyond to help me.
where do i begin, Angela was amazing from first call to last email she has helped me so much throughout the process we went through maybe 14 cars and she didn't once get annoyed with me or angry that we had to do that many, if you need ANY kind of Loan from LOA to LO Go with Angela she will not let you down i promise that, oh and no one got me approved but her not chase not dfcu
