Been with Battle Creek Kellogg Credit Union since around 2014. They've always been great. I recently had a payment go awry due to an error on my part which drained my account resulted in an overdraft. I was on the road and therefore stopped at the closest location which was Three Rivers. The tellers were great, but I knew that I needed to speak with a manager. Dianne Green looked into my situation, presented the options and gave me the information needed to make an informed decision. Been with them since 2017 and they haven't let me down since great service great staff.
I have had account with Kellogg for a very long time and I have never had a bad experience. And the employees are super nice, so just keep everything the way it is.
I dread going here to make any payments because every single time I have dealt with the woman (her name starts w/ J)at the counter. She's perpetually in a "bad mood" and is rude or feels the need to give you dirty looks. I've asked for a manager the last two times and got told they don't have a manager there. Just take your business anywhere else but here.
