Been with Battle Creek Kellogg Credit Union since around 2014. They've always been great. I recently had a payment go awry due to an error on my part which drained my account resulted in an overdraft. I was on the road and therefore stopped at the closest location which was Three Rivers. The tellers were great, but I knew that I needed to speak with a manager. Dianne Green looked into my situation, presented the options and gave me the information needed to make an informed decision.
