I generally have no issues with this location, but my experiences with Theresa, the lead teller, leave a lot to be desired. While she technically does her job, her attitude is consistently condescending. She frequently makes passive-aggressive comments and projects a judgmental attitude throughout the transaction. Because of this, I now choose to drive out of my way to a different branch, even though this one is closer to my house. As the lead teller, she sets the tone for the rest of the staff.
