the absolute worst customer service ever. I recently paid an outstanding excise tax, that could not be paid in person at the tax collector of Millbury. It has to be paid thru this extortion ring, known as Kelly and Ryan. They gladly debited my account, released one parking ticket, but will not release the paid excise tax. I was YELLED at by their agent, stating he will not release it, because I owed taxes from 2017. Those have been paid otherwise I would not have a license to renew.
