They’re rude and they talk down to you like they’re better than you and they do t make it easy to make the payment either. I guess they want to make sure they can charge you every fee possible wouldn’t be surprised if they charged us just to breathe 🙄👎
There should be no service fee, you already making money off the ticket and the city still looks the crap. Kick rocks
Scam artists. Will do everything they can to get more money out of you including lying about processing your payment and not taking your payment so it appears as "late". Staff are extremely rude. Please avoid at all costs!
I want the three dollar convenience fee refunded to me for the parking ticket I had to pay to Arlington MA on your website
