We put our mother in law at Kelly Place in October 2022. The worst decision we ever made. In a matter of a month they lost all her clothes. She never had her hearing aids in, never had on socks. Her hearing aid were lost, then the refused to replace them. They also lost her wheel chair and her walker. This is what you get when you let a corporation care for our elderly. RecommendedMy mom has only been a resident of Kelly Place since Oct. but in that short time has made amazing strides. As we in the community well now our loved ones at times get unmanageable and difficult to accomplish even the smallest of daily tasks. Since the minute I walked my mother through the door of Kelly Place she has became more of her old self. My Mom has been a resident in the memory care unit since October of 2017. She is happy and smiling. The care and passion the staff has for their residents is apparent in all they do from activities and events to unforeseen situations that may occur. They provide an open line of communication to family members as well as we struggle. I am greeted with a smile and a hug from the staff. Madison Heights is a facility that I would highly recommend based on recent personal experience. Sherri Jackson and the entire staff at Madison Heights were there for my mom and family when we needed help the most. The individual care and love that was given to my mom will never be forgotten.
The care and love they show for the residents. Clean and well kept.
