Bought an Xpress H18 2 years ago. The boat was supposed to come with an Xpress branded cooler which the owner tried to tell me that I was wrong. I called Xpress and verified it is included but they said dealer had to call them to get it. Called him back and told him and called twice more to inquire, now here I am 2 years later drinking warm water when fishing. Love my H18 but disappointed in the customer service at Kelley Marine.
Wonderful people reasonable prices great service and boat rentals! The people are caring and hard working and get things done correct and fast
DO NOT GO TO THIS MARINE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BOAT RUINED!!! I just brought my 2021 Barletta Pontoon Boat there and it came back damaged. We brought it there to get winterized in the fall, cleaned and take the shrink wrap off. When we got it back there was a cut in our brand new seat, the pole scrapped up and it was dirty. I am disgusted how my boat was treated and myself. They are doing nothing about the damage that they caused and said "You can't prove it".
