This place is an amazing place to work for, and I could never say enough good things from my short experience thus far. This firm understands that shoving people in a cubicle and forcing them to work in an environment that is cold and uninspiring is NOT conducive to producing a person's best work. I've been with the firm for 8 years and have always felt appreciated. Always giving encouragement for growth and movement within the firm. During the pandemic they're incredible IT team moved swiftly to get all home and working safely until we could move back into the office. the best management staff I've even had. Best Company I've ever been a part of! Honestly I've worked at 3 firms prior to KK (in the past 10 years) and KK is a whole new ball game. They listen to their team members and pull out all the stops to make sure we have everything we need to be set up for success. so much thought and effort is made to make everyone feel accepted and included. I never want to work anywhere else! I would recommend this firm to anyone and everyone.
